How it works
We begin with a 30-minute introductory conversation to understand the leadership context you are working in.
Sessions are 75 minutes. You bring the situation — a team dynamic, a decision, a pattern, a difficult conversation.
Monthly or bi-monthly, as a standing appointment. Blocks of six sessions available for a defined engagement.
Confidentiality applies with standard professional exceptions.
