Supervision
Clinical Supervision
For counsellors and social workers. A senior practitioner to think with, reflect with and grow with.
You · the right fit
-
You are a counsellor or social worker who carries difficult client work and needs a qualified space to reflect on it.
-
You are navigating an ethically complex case or situation and need a senior practitioner to think it through with.
-
You want ongoing professional development as part of a supervisory relationship.
-
You are working in violence prevention, crisis intervention, trauma or advocacy and the weight of the work needs somewhere to go.
-
Your organisation requires regular clinical supervision as a professional standard.
If this is you
—
- You are looking for personal therapy or support rather than professional supervision.
- Your primary need is peer support rather than supervisory oversight.

- A rigorous, confidential space to reflect on her practice.
- Clarity on ethically complex cases and situations.

How it works
We begin with a 30-minute introductory conversation to understand your practice context.
Sessions are 60 minutes. You bring the material — a case, a situation, a question, a pattern you are noticing.
The supervision is structured but responsive. I follow what is most alive in your practice.
Confidentiality applies with standard professional exceptions.
Monthly ongoing supervision available as a standing appointment. Blocks of six sessions also available.
Available in Polish, English or Danish.
