How it works

Phase 1 — Clarify (Sessions 1–3): Understanding what is not working and what she actually wants. A clear picture of the journey ahead.

Phase 2 — Uncover (Sessions 4–6): Meeting the beliefs and patterns beneath the surface. Understanding where they came from and what they have been doing for her.

Phase 3 — Reconnect (Sessions 7–9): Who she is beneath the performing. Her actual values. Her needs. Building self-trust from the inside.

Phase 4 — Lead (Sessions 10–12): Applying inner clarity to real decisions, real conversations, real leadership. The work meets the world.

Between sessions: a reflection prompt within 24 hours of each session. Voice message and email access throughout.
