How it works

We begin with a 45-minute discovery conversation to understand your situation and confirm the fit.

Sessions 1–2: Understanding the root of what is driving the challenge in this specific area.

Sessions 3–5: Developing a new relationship with the pattern — tools, practices, shifts in perspective.

Sessions 6–8: Applying the new understanding to real situations. Decisions made. Conversations had. Behaviour changed.

Between sessions: a brief reflection prompt sent within 24 hours of each session. Voice/email access between sessions.
